All you need to do when you receive this shipment is open the box and take out your new inner fairing and head unit (which will already be mounted in it's chassis), remove your current outer and inner fairing & factory head unit - then install the new Metra 95-HDIF inner fairing, built to fit the Sony Double DIN unit perfectly, and plug in the new factory style Metra connectors which will be prewired for you to the Sony XAV-AX5000. Total install time is about 4 hours and this will maintain your factory handlebar controls.
SHIPPING: To ensure you're getting the latest and greatest, bundles are wired and assembled to order and are shipped in 1 to 2 business days from the order date. Standard Shipping is FREE in the United States. All international shipping options (UPS International & USPS International) are displayed at checkout. Be sure to consider our UPS Easy International Shipping options which allow you to pay duties and taxes up front to ensure your packages arrive quickly!

Remember, the shipping option you choose is the speed in which you will receive your product after it ships from our shop. Not all products can aways ship same-day as purchased, i.e. Sony bundles, Cam bundles, etc.
Our order cut-off time for products eligible for same-day shipping is 1pm EST.
Due the new inner fairing having 6.5" speaker openings, you will need new speakers as well.

Our '96-'13 Sony bundle comes in three inner fairing options:
1. Vivid Gloss Black: All 14+ Touring Specials have the same inner fairing color.
2. Non-painted: A matte black color ready to accept paint.
3. H-D Factory OEM Painted: This bundle will include a new painted inner fairing that will match the Harley-Davidson OEM factory color of your choice. This bundle takes approximately 14-21 business days to ship, due to the paint process.
We can match any factory color. After placing your order, we will contact you to request your paint color to get started. If you have any questions about your specific paint color, simply submit a contact form below and we'll get your question answered quickly!

If you choose the H-D Factory OEM Painted option, again, you'll receive an email from us shortly after purchasing to discuss your paint color.
Here's our painting process:
1. We thoroughly sand the entire inner-fairing to ensure it's a paint-ready surface
2. Next, we spray an Adhesive Promoter
3. Then, we apply a two-part Epoxy/Hardener
4. Finally, Color Clear is applied
NOTE: some custom colors containing expensive pearls or tri-coat (candy) may be an additional cost. If your paint contains either of these, please complete the form at the bottom of the product page and we'll get you a custom quote.
